Bending

Bending is a cold metal forming process used to produce bent profiles and sheet metal parts for various industrial applications, including steel structures, connecting elements, brackets, enclosures, frames, and other technical components according to customer requirements. Precise CNC bending is performed on modern ERMAKSAN Speed-Bend Pro press brakes with a bending length of up to 3,780 mm.

Sheet metal bending is carried out on CNC hydraulic press brakes with capacities of 100 t / 3,100 mm and 300 t / 3,780 mm, ensuring high precision, repeatability, and reliability in the production of both individual parts and serial components.

Advanced CNC control systems and a motorized crowning system ensure consistent bending accuracy along the entire workpiece length. We manufacture simple and complex bent parts according to customer technical documentation, including profiles, brackets, enclosures, and structural components for various industrial applications.
