Exterior Parts
The production of structural components for trains and trams is carried out according to the EN 15085 CL1 standard. Safety and reliability of such components play a crucial role in manufacturing and quality control. The parts are made from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our production facility has separate manufacturing areas for each of these materials to ensure high-quality welding.
Welding is performed by a skilled and experienced team of certified welders and welding engineers. Our company has established welding technology for 6xxx series aluminum alloys with a thickness of up to 30 mm and fine-grained high-strength structural steel with a thickness of up to 40 mm. Weld inspections are conducted using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
Exterior parts of trains are exposed to harsh conditions, requiring high-quality anti-corrosion protection. The multi-layer painting process for parts and structures is carried out in the thermopainting facility of our plant.
