Increasing production capacities - Automated Beka-mak band saw

The production line is completed with a new cutting machine. By introducing automated band saw BMSO-330CS NC it is possible to cut metal profiles at a higher speed. 

Cutting capacity: 

• Round - up to Ø325 mm 
• Rectangular - 350x325 mm 
• Square - 325 mm 

Cutting speed: 20-100 m / min 
Cutting width: 1.1 mm 

Band saw blades for cutting metal are used in series production because of high productivity. The main element of the saw blade is a continuous blade (saw blade cutter). 
The material is added to the cutting zone using a motorized worktable that automatically fastens and moves the material at high precision of 0.01 mm. Using roller conveyors on the table makes it easier to move the material.
