EXPANSION OF PRODUCTION CAPACITY – NEW FIBER LASER CUTTING MACHINE AND CNC PRESS BRAKES

In order to increase production capacity and ensure the highest level of quality, we have equipped our production facility with a new ERMAKSAN FIBERMAK GEN-5 1530 fiber laser cutting machine with 6 kW power (2026). This advanced technology enables high-precision cutting of structural steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 15 mm, and aluminum up to 12 mm, ensuring superior cutting quality, high processing speed, and maximum energy efficiency.

In addition to laser cutting, the production process has been further enhanced by modern ERMAKSAN SPEED-BEND PRO CNC press brakes, enabling extremely precise, stable, and repeatable bending of sheet metal in various dimensions and thicknesses. Advanced CNC control systems and high equipment reliability ensure excellent bending accuracy, full repeatability in serial production, and reliable manufacturing of even the most demanding components.

The combination of modern fiber laser technology and ERMAKSAN SPEED-BEND PRO CNC press brakes enables complete sheet metal processing – from precise cutting to final forming – with high flexibility, optimized production time, and consistent product quality.
